I use a number of programs to help in study including, BibleWork and Zondervan Theological Dictionaries. I do not like commentaries because they're only another man's opinion. I study to find a metaphorical meaning of the Scriptures. As Christ's being the author, of the Scriptures, the light in the beginning, and he spoke in parables or allegories, stands to reason his words the Scriptures, or metaphorical. Comments: Hi. I had your site bookmarked awhile back and while I was doing my own translation of Genesis and Isaiah I came across your site.
I was looking forward to the TEB by the Original Bible Project but now I may look at yours more closely. I love reading the LORD's Bible from a greek/hebrew interlinear word for word, and in fact, I read the GNT as I would the OT and try to harmonize the Greek with the Hebrew as much as possible.
I have just finished translating the book of Revelation in the GNT and it is vastly different than most "english" translations as I go back to the OT to help interpret it [especially the books of Exodus[Bondage/released from] and Joshua [Victory/Conquering].
Thank you for an excellent site and for delving more deeply into the words of the LORD.
